I made it in my instapot and doubled everything in the recipe EXCEPT the liquid. I only used 4 cups of chicken stock, pressure cooked for 14 minutes and it came out perfectly and with great flavor! I can’t imagine this recipe with double the amount of chicken stock and water as well.
